FAQ
Question: Why did the ending time on my item change?
Answer: We use a true auction format. Any bids received within 5 minutes of closing will automatically extend the closing time for that item by 5 minutes from the latest bid submission. This way, no one will lose a bid without fair warning.
Question: What kind of payment do you accept?
Answer: We will accept cash, money order, and local check. If you wish to pay by check but are not from the local area, your check must clear before we ship or give out products. Checks should be made out to Lebanon Elementary 5th Grade
Question: How do I get my product?
Answer: We will have two pick up dates at the Lebanon Elementary School in early December - Tues, Dec 8th, 4:00pm - 7:00pm and Sat, Dec 12th, 11:00am - 2:00pm. Some items will be able to be mailed such as merchandise certificates and tickets. Other items can be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS but winning bidder will incur actual shipping charges.
Question: What if I am unable to make the pick up dates?
Answer: Please notify Lebanon Elementary School by email (auction@LES5th.org) or phone (207 457-1126) as soon as possible and we will do our best to make other arrangements. All arrangements must be made prior to set pick up dates.
